Revenue Misalignment Is Your Problem, and Your Opportunity

Misalignment isn't "floating." It's chaos.

Who This Is For

This is for the revenue architects—the Founders, CEOs, and Sales & Marketing leaders piloting $1M–$10M B2B companies. You didn't get here by avoiding hard work. But lately, the work feels heavier. It feels like physics is working against you. You are constantly pushing a boulder uphill, only to watch it roll back down because your sales and marketing engines are spinning in opposite directions.

My Hope For You

That you finally stop fighting friction. I want to hand you the blueprints to build a business that pulls revenue in, rather than exhaustively chasing it down. My goal is to help you dismantle the silos and align your strategy, content, and data into a "System of Things™"—infrastructure that compounds your effort instead of consuming it.

A Quick Bit About Me:

I spent years in the trenches watching millions of dollars evaporate into the "activity trap"—great effort, zero attribution, and frustrated teams. I got sick of the waste. So I stopped selling services and started engineering systems. $61M in tracked revenue later, I’m here to show you the physics of how we did it.

WELCOME TO THE SYSTEM OF THINGS

Most founders I talk to are terrified of the "System" conversation.

They hear "Revenue Operations" and think:

$50k consultants.

6-month implementation timelines.

Complex tech stacks that require a PhD to run.

So they default back to the "Frankenstein" approach: Hire a freelancer. Buy a tool. Pray for results.

This is a mistake.

You don't need a massive budget to stop fighting physics. You just need to align three specific forces.

You can start engineering gravity today. Here is the "Design on a Dime" blueprint to get your revenue moving.

1. The Axis (The Truth)

The Problem: You think you know why people buy. You likely don't. Your Sales team thinks they know. They don't. Your Marketing team is guessing, at best.

If your Axis is off by even one degree, you are sacrificing vital resources and wasting revenue on what I call "death cycles". Dramatic? A tich, perhaps. But if you've ever been a founder leading the charge to $1 million and above, it's appropriate.

The Fix: Stop asking your team. Ask the market.

Your Exercise (Time: 60 Minutes): Call 3 customers who just bought. And call 3 prospects who chose a competitor.

Ask those who bought three questions:

1. What problem are we solving for you?

2. Why did you choose us vs. the others?

3. What would life be like without this problem being solved?

99.9% of you won't do this. You'll say, "I don't have time".

Greatness isn't achieved with convenience.

Do the hard thing. Get the truth. Align the Axis.

2. The Mass (The Mirror)

The Problem:

Your content is either: A) Chaos (random acts of ates a critical mass.

The Fix:

Don't use AI to write for you. Use AI to audit yourself.

Your Exercise (Time: 15 Minutes): Take your homepage copy or your sales deck. Paste it into ChatGPT. Run this exact prompt:

"Please reverse engineer my solution today based on this text. Tell me exactly who this is targeted for, what specific pain it solves, and where I am missing the mark."

The answer will hurt. It will likely tell you that you sound generic, confusing, or self-centered.

Good. Now you have a map. Go back to step 1, take what you've documented, and rewrite your messaging until the AI (and your customers) resonate. This isn't a one-time exercise.

3. The Center

The Problem: You have data, but no action. The HubSpot/ChatGPT integration nails this concept: The CRM isn't a database. It's a command center.

If you aren't using automation to personalize based on behaviors and actions to align to automated content deliverables, you are leaving money on the table.

The Fix: Set up two specific triggers. You don't need expensive consultants. You need logic.

Play A: The Waterfall

Trigger: Prospect views a specific blog post (e.g., "ROI of SEO").

  • Action: Use Clay (or similar) to waterfall that data into a Social Ad audience.

Result: Tomorrow, they see an ad with a video testimonial from one of your customers on SEO ROI.

Play B: The Closer

Trigger: Prospect opens an email 4 times or clicks a link 2+ times.

Action: Trigger an automated, time-boxed special offer.

The Kicker: Include a link to your YouTube Channel (your body of work).

Why YouTube? Because text claims. Video proves. Send them to a playlist of testimonials and FAQs.

Let them binge-watch your authority.

The Physics of Profit

Align the Axis.

Build the Mass.

Create the Center.

Do this, and you will feel the difference almost instantly.

With less friction, speed increases. The revenue follows.

Stop forcing. Start pulling.
